1. Order Processing

All orders are carefully processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation. You will receive a notification once your order has been dispatched.

2. Shipping & Delivery

We work with trusted logistics partners to ensure timely delivery.

Estimated delivery timelines:

  • Metro cities: 2–5 business days
  • Non-metro locations: 3–7 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, weather conditions, or other unforeseen delays. Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed at checkout.

3. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery may be available for select pin codes.

Please note:

  • COD availability is determined based on serviceability and order value
  • DORRO reserves the right to enable or disable COD for specific orders without prior notice

4. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched
  • Once shipped, cancellations cannot be guaranteed

5. Returns

We only accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The product was damaged during transit
  • You received the wrong item

To initiate a return:

  • Inform us within 24–48 hours of delivery
  • Share clear photos of the product and packaging for verification

Requests made beyond this timeframe may not be eligible.

6. Refunds

Once your return request is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
  • Please allow 5–7 working days for the refund to reflect

For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer after collecting the necessary details.
